Rachelle Lefevre

Rachelle Lefevre is a Canadian. Lefevre was a waitress at tables in the early days was discovered by an Canadian film maker, who assisted her in landing the first part as an actor. Lefevre then moved into Los Angeles, where she was cast in the television program What About Brian (2006). Lefevre was an teen working at an Montreal restaurant that served sushi, was aware of her desire to become an actor, and approached the casting director. This led to her getting an appearance in an upcoming Canadian comedy. The appearances she made on David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2003) led her to play the lead role in David E. Kelley's 2008 U.S. version of the BBC popular Life on Mars (2009). Her father is French. Her family was in Montreal however she was predominantly English. In 2004 because of the absence of English acting roles that spoke English in Montreal the actress moved into Los Angeles.
