Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American Canadian singer and songwriter. She has released more than 20 albums. The music of DiFranco has been described as folk rock and alternative rock but also has elements of punk, funk, hip music and jazz. Ani DiFranco was among the first artist to establish her own record company in 1990. Ani is widely considered to be a feminist icon. DiFranco was born on the 23rd of September 1970 in New York City, York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who met Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was of Italian origin and her mother came born in Montreal. 32 Flavors was a track composed and performed by Ani DiFranco. It is featured on the album Not a Pretty Girl by Ani diFranco.
