Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. Her return came in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
