Ina Garten is a well-known American cookbook author as well as an Emmy award-winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002, and has been aired for up to 2020 in 27 seasons. Ina began her writing career by with nuclear energy policy and budgets for the White House. She initially adored the intellectual challenge of the job, but soon lost enthusiasm. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. It was a huge success over the course of 18 years until she decided to sell it. After that, she started her first cookbook. Many more cookbooks and magazine columns which were added. Meanwhile, her Food Network show was also an enormous success. The company also offers a wide range of products ranging from cooking supplies as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina she has not attended any cookery schools or worked in a restaurant and is completely self-taught. Her name is known for her effortless way of entertaining and easy food preparation.
